Seera delivers solid financial performance in H1-25; net profits reach SAR 72m

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Seera Group Holding plunged by 45.03% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 72 million in the first half (H1) of 2025 from SAR 131 million, according to the financial results.

Revenues jumped by 9.78% to SAR 2.31 billion as of 30 June 2025 from SAR 2.10 billion in H1-24, while the earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 0.14 from SAR 0.34.

Results for Q2-25

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the group posted 72.85% YoY lower net profits at SAR 19 million from SAR 70 million in Q2-24.

Seera generated revenues valued at SAR 1.20 billion in April-June 2025, an annual rise of  17.50% from SAR 1.02 billion.

Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits fell by 64.15% from SAR 53 million in Q1-25, while the revenues climbed by 9.42% from SAR 1.10 billion.

Al Waleed Abdulaziz Al Nasser, Acting CEO of Seera, commented: “Seera Group showed strong operating results in H1-25, reflecting the resilience of our diversified business model and portfolio. We are pleased with the record performance of Almosafer and the consistent performance of Lumi, which offset temporary cost pressures at Portman.”

He noted: “We are also moving forward with our capital allocation strategy that includes portfolio optimization with targeted asset divestments and streamlining capital structure which aims at driving value and enhancing shareholder returns.”
